Totally integrated in-house operations are the strenghts of Astra, which ensure strict quality control. To maintain uniform quality of international standards, Astra Bath, Fittings are subjected to vigorous tests on operating
pressure of 150 psi and static pressure of 300 psi. The internal cartridges are type tested for minimum specified cycles. Surface finishes are subjected to destructive testing for maintaining the long lasting finish of the Bath Fittings.

Astra Single Lever Mixers:

Alpine Series, Eureka Series, Indico Series and Square Collections - The mixers are fitted with specially designee imported Ceramic Discs Cartridges to ensure propel mixing of hot and cold water and better water flow even at low pressure.

Astra Quarter Turn Fittings:

Aroma Series & Neo Collection - The internal fittings of the mixers are provided with specially designed imported Ceramic Discs having 20 mm dia to ensure full flow of water even at normal pressure.

Astra Half Turn Fittings:

Conventional Range, Gracia Collection and Cross Collection- The special features of Astra internal fittings are extruded brass rods, ?O? - Rings and other synthetic rubber parts with silicon grease, responsible for smooth and trouble free functioning of the fittings, ensuring flawless performance for life long operations.
